Survived by devoted wife, Wynona Pearl; sons, Byron (Randi), Robert (Patricia) and Barry; granddaughters, Melissa, Kara, Laura, Lisa, Paige, Courtney and Lindsey; great grandchildren, Tianna, Erika, Thomas and Kiley; brother, Douglas (Beverly); sister, Genevieve (Melvin) Heibel; many nieces and nephews. Service Friday 2PM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Cty Rd 5). Private Interment. Visitation Thursday 5-8PM and one hour prior to service. Memorials preferred for Robert?s longterm caregivers. Robert was born in Deer Park, WI to parents, Harry and Amanda Torgerson. Graduated from high school in New Richmond, received his bachelors degree from the Univ. of Wisconsin River Falls and obtained degrees in Administration and Dentistry from the Univ. of MN. Robert taught and coached students in high school and also taught at the Univ. of MN School of Dentistry. Robert served 3 years in the Army Corps as a pilot. He was a local dentist for 25 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved to travel. The family is extremely grateful for his care at both New Perspectives and Greeley Health Care Center.
