Robert Troupe

Troupe, Robert E, age 83 of So. Mpls. on February 15, 2004. Valedictorian of his senior year "Class of 1938" at North H.S., Mpls. Served in the Army's 779th Tank Battalion during WWII. In 1949 he received his B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the U of MN. He then began his career at 3M retiring in 1980. Robert loved the outdoors, camping, fishing & bird watching; he was a member of the Audubon Society. Preceded in death by his wife, Adele and sister, Marilyn Abels. Survived by children, Susan Troupe (Paul Iltchenko), Louise (Charles) Woodrich, Curtis Troupe (Jane Wolz); Douglas Troupe (Joni Foster); granddaughters, Erin & Lisa Troupe; great-grandson, Robert Troupe; brother, Thomas (Marie) Troupe; sister, Darlene List. Service Thursday, 11:30 am at CHRIST CHURCH LUTHERAN, 3244 34th Ave S, Mpls. Interment Ft Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Wed. 4-7 pm at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave S, Mpls and A� hr prior to the service at church.
