Roger Wold

On Sunday November 22, 2020, Roger Sigward Wold passed away at age 73.

Roger was born in 1947 in Fergus Falls, MN and grew up in Thief River Falls, MN

After Roger graduated from Lincoln High School, he joined the U.S. Marines, in which he served in the Vietnam War, earning a Purple Heart. After his service, Roger married and had 3 children. In 1985 he moved to Stillwater, MN and began a long career with the MN Department of Corrections in Oak Park Heights, MN, retiring in 2002.

Survived by longtime partner, Margaret; 3 children, Scott, Roger, Jackie; granddaughter; and 3 great-grandchildren.

Roger will be laid to rest with full honors at Arlington National Cemetery in Washington DC.
