Beloved wife, mother, grandmother,
sister, aunt and friend.
Age 70. Rosalie was born on June 12, 1942 and passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 4, 2012, surrounded by her loving family. Preceded in death by father, Walter LaBuda, and brother, Jim Proulx. Survived by loving husband of 50 years, Alan; children, Lynne, Laura Ylinen (Mike), Lianna Moody (Jim), and Alan Robert Knowlton II (Lisa); grandchildren Anna and Alec Ylinen, and Molly and Alan Robert Knowlton III; mother Alice LaBuda; sister Carol LaBuda; brothers Everett LaBuda and Jesse LaBuda; many nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Rosalie proudly served in the US Army as a medic during the Cuban Missile Crisis and was a member of the American Legion & VFW Auxiliary. Rosalie was loving and kind. She had a generous heart and never forgot a birthday, anniversary or special holiday. She will be greatly missed. Service Friday, November 9, 6:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 & Co Rd 5), Stillwater. Private interment. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Memorials preferred to Lakeview Hospice (927 Churchill Street, Stillwater). "There comes a time when God gets a little lonely. He looks for the most beautiful and kind soul to make Heaven a little bit better and to keep Him company. So the clouds open up and He calls to the most beautiful one out there. He takes them away from all their pain and suffering into a place where that doesn't exist - Paradise. It just so happens that on this day Rosalie was the lucky one to spread her wings as an angel and walk in the Kingdom of Heaven alongside the Lord."
