Survived by husband of 67 yrs., Karl; son, Karl J. (Cathy) of Salt Lake City; daughter, Diana Barsness of Prior Lake; grandchildren, Daniel (Ava) Barsness of Victoria & Sarah (Gary) Prentice of Brighton, England; great-grandchildren, Jenna & Megan Rose Barsness; brother, Clarence Zegland; sister, Jean Brombach; other relatives & friends. She was a 55yr member of the Church of St. Helena. Rose will be remembered for her joy in simple things. From her daily prayers for our safety, health, success to her light-hearted playful interactions, she supported us in many ways. She always provided a comforting family from which to draw encouragement. Her generosity was demonstrated through meals, gifts & her annual Christmas cookie ritual. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 10:00AM at CHURCH OF ST. HELENA, 3201 E. 43rd St., Mpls. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation Thursday 6-8PM at BRADSHAW(McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. So., Mpls and one hour prior to Mass at church. Memorials preferred to the church.
