Born and raised in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Beloved mom, grandma, great grandma, aunt, daughter, corazón and many more. Ruth loved to cook, and taking care of others. She enjoyed going to the casino, playing bingo, playing lotería with her friends at the group and loved watching horse racing at Canterbury Park. She always had a forgiving heart and loved you unconditionally, always provided her family with any support she could give. She always loved her Chanel perfume and would always wear anything that had sparkle, because she had to shine bright. She was always the person you'd go to for advice, who you could chismear with but most importantly you were always welcomed to just spend time with her, even if you sat in silence because she always enjoyed each of our company.

A celebration of life gathering will be held on Thursday, January 30th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Bradshaw-White Bear, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear, Minnesota.
