Sablue Kawmooralwen
Age 34 of Maplewood, Minnesota, formerly of Karen State, Burma, passed away on August 14, 2024.
Sablue was born on January 09, 1990 in Karen State, Burma, to Tha Lway and Ra Paw. He was the oldest of six of siblings. Sablue was educated at Mae La Oon refugee camp in Thailand before resettling to Minnesota in 2010. In 2014 he married July Kawmooralwen (Paw) and the couple settled in St. Paul, where they raised their , now six-year-old, son Sexton Kawmooralwen.
He worked for QC company for 13 years, and was often described as hardworking and dedicated. He was highly valued by his superiors and co-workers. To family and relatives, he is a son, nephew, grandson, father figure, and a good friend.
Sablue enjoyed helping anyone who needed help - from cooking for different religious or community functions and events to helping with home renovations. He also enjoyed simply hunting with good friends and cousins. He never said no when anyone asked for help. If he didn't know how to do the work, he would always find other ways to help. He was always kind, loving, generous, and helpful and he will be greatly missed.
Sablue is survived by his wife, July; their son, Sexton; parents, Tha Lway and Ra Paw; four siblings; grandfather; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.
