Sandra Kay “Sandy” Anderson

(nee Board), age 75, of Lakeland, died peacefully June 4, 2023 after a short battle with cancer. 

Preceded in death by husband, Wally.

Survived by children, Shawn (Gidget) and Traci (Darren) Raechke; grandchildren, Madison and Faye Anderson; sisters, Geri (Mark) Germain and Cyndi (Bruce) Platzer; nieces, nephews, other family and friends, especially her close friend, Sandy Bishop. 

Sandy graduated from Stillwater High School in 1965.  She worked for Viking Electric for 10 years and then went on to work for Kasco Marine in Prescott, WI for 21 years.  Sandy enjoyed trips to the casino, dancing, George Strait concerts, and traveling, including memorable cruises to Hawaii and Alaska. On Fridays, you could find Sandy going out to dinner with her friends and playing cards.  Above all, Sandy enjoyed spending time with her family.  She will be missed.

Service Saturday, June 10, 2023, 11:00 A.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater.  Visitation one hour prior to the service.  Private interment Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeland.
