Survived by parents, Jennifer and Ronald; brother, Hunter; grandparents, Marian Hosek, Delmar and Joan Eder; other family and friends, including best friend, Taylor Smieja. Celebration of Sara's Life Thursday, 4:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 35 & Cty Rd 5), Stillwater. Gathering 2-4 P.M. at the Center. Private family burial. Special thanks to Dr. Brian Cress, Stillwater Medical Group, Children's Heart Clinic, and Children's Hospital, Minneapolis.
