Saw Koo

Saw Koo, aged 66, left this world peacefully on September 17, 2023 at St. John's hospital with his family by his side.

   Saw was born on January 1st, 1958, in Burma, to Oo Lah Pala and Pee Taw. Saw's favorite hobby growing up was drawing, he was very good at it.

   In 1970, Saw met his beloved wife Ma Pyo. Saw & Ma had 7 beautiful children together; Naw Kon, Doo Kyaw, Du Lah, Du Paung, Ngae Ngae, Aung Htoo and Day Day. In 1985, Saw migrated to Thailand with his family to start their journey of coming to the United States of America.

   In 2008, Saw immigrated to the United States of America. He started a position at JBS and worked there for 10 years. Saw was a hard worker and made sure to be consistent in everything he do.

   As of today, Saw has 23 grandchildren. He is loved by everyone and is admirable for everything he's done. His strength and leadership has brought the family together.

Saw's last words for his children were;

"Now that I am no longer here, you are in charge of your life's journey.

Walk your own path, fight your own battles, no one will do it for you."

Funeral services for Mr. Saw Koo will be held on Saturday, September 23rd at 12:00 PM at Bradshaw (1078 Rice St.) with visitation an hour prior.

Cremation ceremony to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park (1800 Edgerton St.).
