Shannon Stone

Age 53 of Stillwater and Maplewood, Minnesota, passed away unexpectedly on October 16, 2024 surrounded by her loving and supporting community. Family and friends will remember her as the most positive and happy person they ever met. Nothing got her down for long and she brought joy into everyone's life.

Shannon was a lifelong lover of animals, arts, and musicals. She lived an active life as a Special Olympian, St. Croix Valley ARC bowler, and 22 year artist and actress with ProAct.

Shannon was preceded in death by her mother, Linda.

She is survived by her father, Robert; brother, Jeff (Andrea); niece and nephew, Bella and Luka; aunt, Janet Lindholm; boyfriend, Jim; and her loving communities of Thomas Allen and Riesco sisters, caregivers and family.

A gathering to celebrate Shannon's life will be held from 1-4pm on Saturday, November 9th at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd., Stillwater. Memorials preferred to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or ProAct.
