Age 92, of Minneapolis, passed away May 26, 2019.
Preceded in death by parents Sverre and Ruth Torgerson, brothers Richard and David Torgerson, and son Jon.
Reverend Torgerson served Trinity Lutheran Congregation for 30 years.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Margery Torgerson, son Bob (Jenny) Torgerson, daughters Shelby (Dave) Soeder and Heidi (Mike) Erickson, daughter-in-law Sara Torgerson, 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
Memorial service at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Minneapolis at 11 AM on Saturday, June 29th. Private interment; immediate family only.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Augsburg University, Holy Trinity, Trinity Lutheran Congregation, Luther Seminary, or a charity of your choice
