Beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend, Stacey Marie Pepera Beckman of Hudson, WI was born April 2nd 1963 to John Pepera and Diane Penrose-Martineau in Minneapolis, MN. Stacey passed away unexpectedly on June 11th at Region's Hospital. Stacey grew up and attended school in Crystal and graduated with a Criminal Justice Degree from the University of Minnesota. She has been employed for the past 15 years in the court system at the Washington County Courthouse. First and foremost Stacey was a "mama bear" raising and nurturing her three sons. She taught her sons by example the meaning of unconditional love and her sun rose and set with her love for them. During the summer months Stacey and her husband John could be found spending their weekends on their boat cruising and camping with friends along the St Croix River. During the cooler months Stacey was passionate about vacationing in warm climates and as often as possible she would arrange travel with her family to Florida or Cancun. Stacey is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Clarence and Pauline Penrose; paternal grandparents, George and Evelyn Pepera; sister, Stephanie Pepera; son, Eric Beens and many aunts and uncles. She will be missed greatly by those left behind including husband, John Beckman; sons, John Beens, Michael Beens, and James Beckman; parents, John Pepera (Ruth) and Diane Martineau (Bill); and numerous aunts, uncles and other family members. Memorial Service will be held Friday, 1:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater with gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers the memorials are preferred to the Ronald McDonald House.
