Stephanie Junker

Stephanie Beth Junker, age 73 of Stillwater, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2024. Preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Iva Jean (Hagen); siblings, Richard (Barb), John "Jack" (Jean), David (Choc), Neil (Susan), Nancy (Jerome) Eder, Joseph, Jr. "Dutz," Jeffrey. She will be missed by those who survive her: brother, James (Deborah); sisters-in-law, Beverly, Cathy; 32 nieces, nephews and many friends.

Steph will be remembered for how much she loved and enjoyed time with her family. Her brothers and sister loved her dearly. Their good-natured teasing was a sign of their affection. She cared for and was protective of many doggies and dollies in her lifetime. Steph was very close to her mother, Iva. The pair was inseparable, and they enjoyed many trips to the casino and estate sales. She loved doing puzzles and holding babies.

A big fan of television, she especially liked soap operas, and Chuck Norris became her "buddy." A childhood illness caused some lasting challenges in her life, but she persevered with an attitude of affection and kindness. Special thanks to the staff at the Estates at Linden and Lakeview Hospice for their excellent care of Stephanie and their attention to her needs.

A memorial service will be 2:00pm Monday, January 27 at BRADSHAW, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, with visitation one hour prior and a reception to follow.
