Steven Todd Williams, age 53 of Elk River
The youngest child of Ralph and Louella Williams, Steven was born on April 28, 1965. He died on February 15, 2019, shortly after returning from a vacation in Mexico where he made many new friends. Stevie was love. He loved his family, friends, workers and even those he just met, even the total stranger. Stevie loved God and Jesus. He loved life! Stevie was preceded in death by his father, Ralph. He will be missed by those who survive him: mother, Louella; siblings, David (Deb), Duane (Marilyn), Peggy Bullick, Jeff (Laurie); many nieces, nephews and friends. We will miss new funny Stevie stories, but will have so many to recall. He will be in our hearts forever and his positive influence will last for many years. Visitation will be 6-8PM Tuesday, February 19; Funeral service will be 10:30AM Wednesday, February 20 at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Dr, White Bear, MN 55127.
