Sylvia R. Parranto (Johnson)

Age 80, of White Bear Lake, passed away peacefully surrounded by family January 19, 2019. Preceded in death by Bill, her husband of 48 years. Survived by sister, Chris; children, Leonard (Dawn), Alan (Vickie), & Christina; grandchildren, William, Joseph, Anna, Mary, Emma & Valerie; along with Nicole, a host of nieces, nephews, other family & friends. Sylvia was a compassionate and independent woman, giving all the love she had to the very end. When not spending time with her children, shopping and dining with her grandchildren, or entertaining friends and family, she could be found working on her puzzles in the newspaper. Known by her husband as "Saint Sylvia", she was a woman of few faults, the largest of which was her inability to complain. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorials preferred to the American Lung Association.
