Phillips, Tamaya Rose born March 25, 2004, ?Maya? was granted her angel wings on April 18, 2008 after being taken tragically from our lives as the result of an auto accident. Maya?s infectious smile and living ways touched all who knew her. Our baby girl was greeted in heaven by great-grandpas, Kenneth Phillips and Kenneth Lyons and grandpa, Eddie Washington. Maya will be sadly missed by her parents, Nicole Phillips and Claude Washington; brothers, Dre, Claude Jr. and Cory; grandparents, James (Louise) Phillips, Kelly Hastings (Barry Putrzenski) and Jackie Wilkie; great-grandmothers, Beatrice Phillips and Sherrill Lyons; aunt, Robyn; uncles, James and Justin; also by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Service Thursday 2PM at BRADSHAW, 3131 Minnehaha Avenue South. Interment Lakewood Cemetery. Visitation starting at 12noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Tamaya Phillips Memorial Fund c/o Toni Phillips at any Wells Fargo branch.
