Passed away peacefully at home in the care of his family on August 3, 2016. Preceded in death by parents Earl 'Bud' and Ellen 'Jean' of Brainerd. Survived by loving wife of 50 years, Suzanne (Cote); children, Michael (Carrie) of Brainerd, Patty (Darren) Adolfs of Lake Orion, MI; grandchildren, Matthew Tschimperle, Shane Brown (Kayla Roden), Chelsea (Joe) Forsman, Mason and Ryan Adolfs; great-grandchildren, Robby Forsman and Elliot Adelle Brown, who was born 3 hours before Tom's passing; siblings, Kathy McQuinn (Chuck Trieschmann), Cindy (Mark) Billeadeau, David (Karen) Brown; extended family and close friends. Tom served proudly in the U.S. Navy for 4 years, he then attended Dunwoody Institute, and worked for Walter's Climate Inc. for 17 years. He purchased Conmek Reps Inc. which he operated for over 30 years. He was a promotional and professional fisherman for Lindy Little Joe, Fishing ProMos and Mr. Walleye Specialties. Tom was a 36 year member of A.A.. He has touched many lives in many ways. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 11th at 11 AM at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd (NW Corner of Hwy 36 & CoRd 5), Stillwater with a visitation beginning at 10 AM. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the Thomas E. Brown tribute donation Am. Brain Assoc. (ABTA), Caring Bridge, or to A.A. made out to Suzanne.
