Age 47 of Minneapolis, MN passed away on Friday, April 18th, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his brother Anthony Ray Deegan; grandma Myna Taylor Havatone; uncle Lewis Taylor; cousin Daniel Hart; aunt Roberta Mattigosh; and cousins Ron(Shorney) Hart Jr, Justin Hart, and Louie Hart.

He is survived by his children Myna Denasha-Hart, Elijah Denasha-Hart, and baby Anthony Denasha-Hart; mother Barbara Hart; stepfather Eugene Deegan; siblings Eugene Lohnes, Aaron Lohnes, LaShannon Staples, Jeremy Hart, and Arika Pamonicutt; auntie Joanne Hart; cousins Richelle and Brienna; mother of his children Natasha Smith; niece Kayliana and nephews Giorgio and Gage.

Tommy was a true son of the Southside -- a hustler through and through. He spent his life navigating the streets of Minneapolis with grit, determination, and heart. Everyone knew Tommy; whether you crossed paths on Lake Street, at the corner store, or just walking through the neighborhood, he made an impression. His charm, street smarts, and loyalty to those he loved made him unforgettable.

He was more than just the hustle -- Tommy had a gift for connecting with people. His laugh could light up a room, and he never hesitated to show up for his people. He was always finding a way, always moving forward, and always taking care of his own. Tommy always stayed "Fresh to Death", he will be deeply missed.
