Thomas Halverson, age 72 of Plymouth, passed away after a series of health challenges on January 7, 2022. He will be deeply missed by those who survive him: his wife of 51 years, Amy; children, Christopher (Terri Jo) Halverson, Jennifer (Dan) Drotts; grandchildren, Autumn, Josephine, Sean; siblings, Julie (Calvin) Jeandron, Randy Halverson, Pauline (Mark) Zachau; nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and Charlotte. Having served time as an MP in the US Army in VietNam, it was only natural that Tom would have a fulfilling career in law enforcement. He chose to work in Deer River, where he could be close to nature, fishing and golfing in his spare time. He was always a positive person and a true community servant, but his greatest dedication was reserved for his family – especially his grandkids. Private interment will be held at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Tom’s family will host a fish fry celebration for all at a date to be determined this summer. In the meantime, cards and condolences may be mailed to: The Family of Thomas Halverson, c/o BRADSHAW, 3131 Minnehaha Ave S, Mpls, MN 55406
