Survived by children, Tommy (Dave Mancuso) Lewis, Michelle (Jeff) Seirup, Gary (Miriam) Lewis, Sherri Mauricio; grandchildren, Bailey, Makayla Seirup, Justin, Marissa, Jason Lewis, Thalia, Jessica, Elizabeth, Thomas Lewis Maurico; great-grandchildren, Isaiah and Amelia; siblings, Gary Lewis, Pat Bellamy, Vicky George, Pam Ornes; and other family and friends. Memorial service Saturday, August 18th, 11:00 AM at BRADSHAW, 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S. with visitation one hour prior.
