Tom Ludwig “Deuce”

Age 72 of Stillwater, Minnesota

Tom traveled many roads and wore many hats. After graduating in 1968 from Stillwater Highschool he joined the marines. He was a student at SMSU and UMN. His adventurous nature took him many places until he recently returned to his hometown and wore his final hat.

Past residences included Spooner, Wisconsin; Hyden, Kentucky; and Stockport, Iowa.

A gifted carpenter and craftsman; from cribbage boards to geodesic domes and cabin homes.

His joy of playing the fiddle outdoors, was shared with his St. Croix neighbors.

He found his last passion in painting.

His adventurous nature is remembered through fond memories of his music, crafts, and engaging story- telling. His favorite expression was "I'm Old School"

A grateful thank you to Dove Health Care, Wisconsin; Regions Hospital staff and Chaplain. The VA and his lifetime friend and schoolmate, Ron C.  May God bless all these caring people.

Preceded in death by Father, Robert M. Ludwig; Mother, Merilyn H. Ludwig; Step-mother, Jean Ludwig; Step-brother, Miles Hagstrom; Brother “Little Mike”; youngest sibling, Jim.

Survived by brother Jon (Sue); Sister, Maree Alice Robinson; Sister, Kassie Hochalter (Brad)

5 nephews; 3 great – grand nieces.

We are so grateful to God for Jesus in His divine mercy.
