Passed away on September 20, 2005 at United Hospital in St. Paul. Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Mary Alta (Tootie) & Chet Nelson & grandson Mathew. He is survived by wife, Connie; children, Tim (Sandy) Nelson, Teri (Carl) Randazzo, Tammy (David) Sample; grandchildren, Derek, Brittney, CJ, Johnny, Amanda, Michael; grand-dogs, Reo, Sampson, Cali & Toby. Mass of Christian Burial, Friday 10AM at ST. MICHAELS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 611 S. 3rd Street, Stillwater. Visitation Thursday 6-8 PM at the BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd. (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Cty Rd. 5), and also one hour prior to service at church. Memorials to American Cancer Society.
