Passed away peacefully at home on July 29, 2022 in the presence of close friends and beloved staff.
Tim is preceded in death by his mother, Sandy; father, Dennis; close friend and caregiver, Patti.
He is survived by his cousin, Heidi (Danny); close friend and caregiver, Jill Book; and all his ACR staff.
A gathering to celebrate Tim’s life will be held 12-3PM Tuesday, August 9th at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd, Stillwater, with a time of sharing at 1PM.
