Vicki is preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Eunice. She is survived by her siblings, Connie (Jeff) Meyer, Renita (Gerald) Deaton, Susan (Patrick) Fabbrini, Francis Jr.; nieces and nephews, Shawn Deaton, P.J. Fabbrini, Francis Jr., Cory Deaton, B.J. Deaton, Joshua Meyer, Shanna Fabbrini, Caleb Meyer, and 9 great nieces and nephews. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, March 13th at 11:00AM at Bradshaw, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater MN. Visitation from 10:00-11:00AM before the service.
