Passed away peacefully on November 19, 2018. Preceded in death by husband, Neville "Cap"; and daughter, Ellen Mitchell. Survived by children, James Bidler, Elizabeth Wagoner and David Bidler; grandchildren, Jessica, Tessa, Patrick, Keith and Adam; extended family and friends. Violet was an Air Force Veteran, Past Auxiliary President, Past District President and Past Department President of the VFW Auxiliary, 2 term member of the Veteran's Home Board of Directors and a longtime volunteer at the VA Hospital. Special thanks to the staff at Lakeview Home Care, Croixdale and Lakeview Hospice for their loving care. A celebration of Violet's life will be Wednesday, November 28, 2018, 11:00 A.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday, November 27, 2018, 4:00-7:00 P.M. and also one hour prior to the service. Memorials are preferred to DAV.
