Virgil Hamblin was born October 27, 1935 in Hubbard, MN to Claude and Opal (Seymore) Hamblin at home. He was raised in the Nevis area.
He married Deloris Bridell January 16, 1960 in Nevis, MN. They lived in Illinois and California until they returned to Minnesota in 1971 where Virgil began working in New Hope for LDI until his retirement in 1999.
Virgil is survived by his wife Deloris of Stillwater, MN, children Claude Hamblin of Stillwater, MN, Mark (Sandra) Hamblin of Frazee, MN, Debbie (Brian) Feldt of Frazee, MN and Teresa (Robert) Anderson of Callaway, MN along with 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 9 brothers and sisters.
He is preceded in death by his parents, siblings Ed, Laurel and Oscar and a grand-daughter, Tina.
