Died April 26, 2018 at the age of 91
Preceded in death by parents, Glenn and Josephine Hanmer; brothers Robert Stuart and George Maxwell; sister Alice Lucille; and eldest son, T. Scott McClanahan IV.
Survived by husband, Thomas Scott III; daughter Gail Alice Rosenbrook; sons Stuart George, Robert Bruce and Glenn Martin; 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Ginny was born and grew up in St. Charles, Illinois. She attended Carleton College where she met her roommate's brother and future husband, Tom. She further extended her education by attending the University of Minnesota.
Ginny led a life devoted to her family and was animated by a love for nature. She was one of 5 friends who started Lake Country Booksellers of White Bear Lake in 1980. The store still remains.
Service on Sunday, May 6th, Bradshaw Funeral Services, 4600 Greenhaven Drive, WBL, MN 55127. Visitation 4-5pm, Funeral service 5pm.
