Virginia Strobel

Strobel, Virginia, age 87 of Stillwater, formerly Minneapolis, passed away peacefully on July 4th. Preceded by beloved husband, Harold. Survived by daughters, Sharon (Joe Parr) Strobel, Susan (John) Sievert, grandchildren Scott and Kelsey Sievert.

Virginia considered herself a true "SW Minneapolis gal" as she lived and worked there most of her life. She enjoyed family and friends, crosswords, antiques, and playing the game Aggravation. Virginia had a special talent for finding the perfect greeting card to send for any occasion, never missing birthdays or anniversaries. Sincere thanks to the wonderful staff at Boutwells for providing excellent care the last few years.

Memorials preferred to Linden Hills Congregational Church or Southwest Foundation.
Memorial service Saturday, July 15th 2:00 pm at Boutwells Landing auditorium, Stillwater. Reception immediately following. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
