Virginia Tollefson

Passed away suddenly on January 12, 2020 in the home that she loved. She is preceded in death by her parents, Margaret and Ray Hinch; sister, Margaret Cunningham and her beloved daughter, Marilyn Girling. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, Ronald; her children, Richard, Patty Meafua and Pam Tollefson; also her grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchild. She had so many wonderful friends. She was proud of her career as a banquet waitress at the Radisson hotel over 30 years. She stayed in touch with and talked regularly to her co- workers until her last day. She loved Ron’s sisters, Joan and Sharon as her own. She enjoyed her house full of people and loved to entertain family and friends. She was a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church from her birth to her final breath. Virginia was a Christian and knew her final journey would be to go home to her Lord and Savior, Jesus. She has impacted us all and words can’t describe how much she will be missed.
