Passed away surrounded by his four daughters. Preceded in death by wife of 67 years, Roberta "Bobbie"; parents, Engvald and Emma; and infant daughter, Marjorie Jo. Survived by daughters, Vikki (Gary) Scharmer, Diana Golden (Ross Anderson), Janet (Mike) Kondelis, Susan (Brian) Hols; grandchildren Chris, Andrea, Marit, Kim, Stephen, Nick, Michael, Pat, Olivia and 13 great-grandchildren. Walter deeply loved his family and his many friends. A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, November 18, 2016; 10:00 a.m.Visitation and 11 a.m. Service at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Blvd; Stillwater, MN 55082; 651-439-5511. Memorials preferred to the Alzheimer's Association or American Cancer Society.
