Age 59 of St. Paul died unexpectedly March 5, 2012. Preceded in death by his father, William Jr.and aunt, Evie Lechner. Survived by his mother, Elinor; brothers, James (Sharon) and Richard; nephew and niece, Thomas (Laura) and Elizabeth; uncle, Edgar Lechner; cousins, EJ Lechner and Barbara Lechner. Billy was quick witted and had a great sense of humor. He also had a love for music and theater. Memorials preferred to Highland Park High School or Macalester College Theater. A Gathering of Family and Friends Saturday, March 10 from 1 to 4 PM at BRADSHAW, 678 South Snelling Avenue, St. Paul. Private family interment.
