William W. Duffy,PhD, LP

Age 78, of Grant, passed away suddenly at home on August 9, 2018. Preceded in death by mother, Winnie. He will be sadly missed by wife, Chris; sister, Nancy and her husband, Dave Claussen; children, Eli and Sophie, Sean and his wife, Jen, Brett and his wife Christine, Kirk and his wife, Anna; grandchildren, Caitlin, Fiona, Connor, Pavel, Elliott and Nina; and special friend, Whitney, Jr.

Bill was a licensed psychologist who led Metropolitan Community Mental Health Center in Minneapolis for many years, and Center for Behavior Therapy in Roseville, more recently, before retiring. Both clinics served a very diverse population, which he was very proud of.

He was also a longtime and enthusiastic member of the German Shepherd Dog Club of Minneapolis and St Paul, owning a number of deeply-loved German Shepherds over the years, including a great many international champions.

Mass of Christian Burial Friday, August 24, 2018, 12:00 P.M. at ST. MARY OF THE LAKE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4741 Bald Eagle Avenue, White Bear Lake. Private interment. Visitation one hour prior to the Mass at the church. Memorials are preferred to FaerieLand Rescue, Inc.
