William O'Keefe

O'Keefe, William (Bill) Clyde
Age 63, of Woodbury, MN, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2016 after long battles with diabetes and heart and kidney disease. Preceded in death by his parents Clyde and Shirley O'Keefe and grandson Beau. He is survived by his wife and best friend of forty years Andrea, son Matt (Carrie), daughter Karissa (Josh), brothers Kevin (Judy), Terry (Lori), Chuck (Mary), and the lights of his life, grandchildren Signa, Sophia, Hannah, and Levi. He worked for many years at Walman Optical Company in Minneapolis and then founded O'Keefe Dispensing Services where he worked until retirement in 2008. A former Woodbury firefighter, a longtime car guy, and a wonderful and loyal friend to so many, he will be sorely missed.

A celebration of Bill's life will be Wednesday, February 17, 2016, 2:00 P.M. at WOODBURY LUTHERAN CHURCH, 7380 Afton Road, Woodbury. A gathering of family and friends will be Tuesday, February 16, 2016 from 4:00-8:00 P.M. at BRADSHAW CELEBRATION OF LIFE CENTER, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard (NW corner of Hwy 36 and Co Rd 5), Stillwater and also one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred to SAVE (Suicide Awareness Voices of Education), REIN IN SARCOMA (The Karen Wyckoff Rein in Sarcoma Foundation), or JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
