William "Bill" Olson

Age 75 of Saint Paul passed away on Saturday, September 7, 2024 of Alzheimers.

He was preceded in death by parents Bernard and Shirley; brothers Dennis, Tommy, and Vernon; sister Maureen; and brother-in-law Don Anderson.

He will be sadly missed by his cherished wife of over 30 years, Kathy; children William Jr. and Sara; step-children Patrice Husak(Brian Pearson), Gina(Jeff) Baumann, Kari(Josh) Hutchinson; grandchildren Ella, Ivory, Marco, Maria, Cy, Sandy, and Josie; brother and sisters-in-law Linda and Larry Kappel, Joe and Gail Stemig, Angela Anderson; and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Bill was a proud Rice Streeter and 34 year employee of Metropolitan Waste Control Commission.

With deepest gratitude to the entire staff at The Willows of Ramsey Hill and Brighton Hospice for their compassionate care. A most special thank you to his angel caregiver Chelsey.

A memorial service will be held at Bradshaw Funeral Home, 1078 Rice Street, 55117, on Friday, September 13th at 11 a.m. with a visitation an hour prior.

Luncheon to follow at DeGidio's (425 W 7th St.).
