Age 61, of Burnsville, was suddenly taken in a tragic accident on December 3rd along with his father William Gordon Scott.
Beloved Father, Grandfather, Brother, Son and friend.
Survived by his Children William (Kelly), Carmen, January, Richard (Melissa). Grandchildren Hannah, Mitchell, Carter, Dakotah. Mother Shirley, Sister Kathleen (Hap), Brothers Thomas, (Sally), Randal.
Graduate of Roosevelt High School. A Vietnam Vet who proudly served aboard the U.S.S. Schofield. Retired Minneapolis police officer with 26 years of outstanding service. Bill was a loyal and respected man with many passions. His life was cut short before he could pursue roads un-traveled.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the Minneapolis Police Honor Guard.
Service 11 AM Tuesday, December 14 at BRADSHAW (McDivitt-Hauge), 3131 Minnehaha Ave. S. Visitation Monday, 5-8 PM at BRADSHAW and also one hour prior to the service. Interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
