Born in Swift County Township August 24, 1920 to parents Henry and Emma (Anderson) Hanson. Loving husband of 72 years to Lorraine (Fosse), beloved father of David (Terri) and Michael (Carmen) and loving grandpa to Justin (Laura) and Christopher. Served his country during World War 2, in the US Army in the pacific threatre. After discharge from the Army went to work at Northup King Seed Co where he worked on the Minnesota 41 hybrid corn plots for 5 years. He then went to work for Superior Plating for 25 years. With 7 of his co-workers they started Hard Chrome Inc. in 1971, where he was a vice president until he retired in 1977. Harry hobby farmed for a number of years near Brooten, MN. He enjoyed fishing and deer hunting and life in general. He will be truly missed by many.
Visitation will be held at Bradshaw Funeral Home, 3131 Minnehaha Ave. So. on Tuesday November 10th starting at 4:00PM till 7:00PM. Funeral and interment at West Lake Johanna Lutheran Church, Brooten MN Wednesday, November 11th at 1:00PM with visitation one hour prior to the service.
